Excellent service, we had terrific stay.
The venue was set in the very central position next to bars and restaurants, Maria Luisa boulevard, Serdika Metro Station, McDonalds, shops and cafe, and the local shopping street close to the Central Hali. The room was quiet and absolutely fantastic, had fully equipped bathroom.

The hotel feels outdated!!! Noise travels easily from adjacent rooms, which makes relaxation difficult!!! Inconsistent housekeeping leads to unclean rooms!!! Plus, the issues with guest belongings should be addressed for safety!!!
